On Wednesday, July 20, 2011 the PRSA-NCC Professional Development Committee hosted this program at the National Education Association in Washington.

In this workshop a variety of crisis communication specialists provided insights on the unique knowledge and skills required for communicating in a high stakes environment.  Through high-energy scenarios and fast-paced interactive team exercises, the attendees gained invaluable experience in crisis communications planning and implementation.
