Jobline is a service of the National Capital Chapter. It lists public relations full time, part time, and consulting positions in the Washington, D.C. area.
Jobs outside of these parameters will be rejected from posting on the
chapter Web site. Where applicable, referral will be provided to the
requesting employer as to a more appropriate venue for listing.

Turnaround time for posting open positions has seen a dramatic improvement. Once a job is submitted online through Jobline's "Post a Job"
link, employers can expect to see it posted in 24-48 hours. Job
submissions are checked to meet current PRSA-NCC Jobline requirements
then posted.
The chapter also provides an online student internship directory. See List Intern Positions or Post an Intern Position links.
Fees
Free to employers who are members of the National Capital Chapter. It is also free to all jobseekers, chapter or non-chapter.
$50 per posting for non-member employers
Internship Directory postings are free to all area employers. It is also free to those looking for internship positions.
Instructions
Jobseekers, respond to each Jobline posting either online
or via mail. Click on the "Apply for Job" link at the bottom of the job
posting, fill out the form and type or paste your cover letter and
resume into the appropriate space on the form. Press the "Submit"
button for your application to be forwarded to the prospective
employer. Or follow the instructions as outlined by the employer.
If the prospective employer is interested, they will contact you
directly. Neither PRSA-NCC nor the Jobline Manager is responsible for
individual follow-up.
Employers in the Washington, D.C. area that want to list a job, can do so via the Web. Just click here for the Web-based form, fill it out and click the submit button. [Note: A member ID number or credit card number will be needed.]
The Jobline Manager will review all jobs before being posted. Employers
are identified in the listings. Each posting remains on the Web site
for 8 weeks, unless specified otherwise by employer. Jobline accepts listings ONLY for public relations positions in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
