We’re still not out of the woods. Tough economic times continue to roll… Join us as we kick off 2010 with an opportunity to share successful strategies for steering straight and weathering the rough roads ahead.
This month will feature an organized formatted discussion for our members and guests to share tips and suggestions on selected topics and best practices in small business management.
The program will begin with a discussion on the most effective ways to budget and maximize revenues, profits and wealth. We’ll visit how you can get business in a more competitive environment, how to keep existing clients satisfied, how to get paid for more of your hours, how to profit through outsourcing, and what new technologies will give you the edge. We’ll culminate with a lively round-robin on how to grow your business with existing clients.
