Steven Field is an account supervisor on the Online Advocacy practice group in Washington, DC. In his position, he provides counsel to clients on various strategies to communicate their messages through new media and connect with online influencers. Some of his clients include: Shell Oil Company, MySpace, the Consumer Healthcare Products Association and USAA.
Field came to Edelman from the Pentagon, where he worked in the Office of the Chief of Army Public Affairs. There, he worked on the Army’s Internet outreach efforts, assisting in the creation of an interactive portal for the public to connect with the Army online. He was also responsible for the Army’s national sports marketing and coordinated dozens of soldier recognitions at professional and collegiate sporting events across the nation.
He is also the founder and author of The D-Ring (http://dring.wordpress.com), a blog about the military and new media.
Matt Goddard, CEO, R2i Digital Marketing Strategy and Operations
Highly respected as one of the region’s most sought-after digital marketing specialists, Matt Goddard leads R2i’s strategic direction while supporting client digital marketing projects. Matt’s business expertise and understanding of social network theory are frequently called upon by R2i clients and partners as they develop their short- and long-term strategic plans. In addition to his management responsibilities, he assists many community and government organizations volunteering both his time and the time of other R2i professionals in various activities to support the region.
Reginald (Reggie) J. Henry, chief technology officer, ASAE & the Center for Association Leadership
Reggie Henry joined ASAE/The Center in November of 1994. His responsibilities are to implement "exemplary" systems at ASAE that can serve as a model to the rest of the association community and to "ratchet-up" the use and understanding of technology among ASAE members. He has been working with and/or for non-profit organizations since 1985. Before joining ASAE/The Center, Mr. Henry was a leader in the Information Technology Group of Grant Thornton where he specialized in consulting to associations on the use of technology, marketing strategies, board-staff relationships, and dues modeling and staff structures. Mr. Henry also co-founded and managed the management consulting firm Henry, Kinnelly and Associates, a management consulting firm.
Mr. Henry speaks regularly on technology, board development, and strategy issues. His most recent speaking engagements include the 2007 US Chamber, Institute for Organization Management, 2007 AICPA & CPA/SEA Interchange, Oncology Nursing Society 2007 Mentorship Weekend, 2007 Trucking Association Executives Council Annual Meeting, 2007 Gilbane Conference, 2007 ASAE/Center Technology Conference, 2006 AICPA Affiliates Conference, 2006 Philanthropy's Forecast, The Winds of Change Conference, 2006 ASAE/Center Annual Meeting.
Mr. Henry holds a B.S. in Economics and Computer Science from Georgetown University. Mr. Henry is a founding board member and past board chair of NPower Greater DC Region, an organization that exists to enhance the capacity of community-based nonprofits in the Washington metropolitan area to serve humanity in the information age. He is also a past President and Board Member of Community Ministry of Montgomery County, MD, and also was a founding board member of Pathways to Healing, a support organization for adult survivors of child abuse. He enjoys cooking, drawing, pottery and golf.

Steve Radick, Associate, Booz Allen Hamilton
As an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, one of the largest management consulting firms in the world, Steve is leading the development of the firm’s integrated lifecycle approach to Web 2.0 strategy and implementation. During his four years at Booz Allen, Steve has developed and implemented strategic communications plans for clients in the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Intelligence Community.
For his current client within the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), Steve is using the emerging social software suite available only behind the Top Secret firewall. In this role, Steve has made heavy use of wikis, blogs, social bookmarking, and social networking applications to help transform how the 20 different agencies that compose the IC collaborate with each other.
