Getting Down to Business: Working with Editors at Business Publications Print

Professional Development Workshop presented by the PRSA-NCC Professional Development Committee and co-sponsored by the Washington, DC, Chapter of the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE)

“Getting Down to Business: Working with Editors at Business Publications”

Whether they are called business, trade or specialty publications, business publications are an important part of every PR professional’s media outreach strategy. Some have circulation in the millions and others maybe just a few hundred, but all have access to influential and targeted audiences.

Business publications have unique needs that you must know before you can succeed at reaching their important readers. And what better way to find out about those needs than to hear from the editors of those publications.

A panel of business publication editors and PR pros will reveal tips and techniques for developing working relationships that are a win-win for the editor and the PR professional. This unique event will give Washington-area business editors and PR pros a rare opportunity to network and share best practices that will benefit all communications professionals.
