The Professional Development Workshop Search Engine Optimization & Public Relations: The Next Critical Step in Planning & Implementation took place on June 20, 2007 and can now be downloaded as PRSA-NCC’s first videocast.

in your efforts to improve your organization's search engine results;
and
- Tools to get a better understanding and some tips on how to
identify strong, powerful keyword search terms and how to use them and
other tools and tactics to improve your organization's visibility on
the web.
