"Jeff Ghannam's ‘From PR Manager to PR Leader’ seminar was a very educational experience. It helped me realize bad habits I had developed as well as provided several great leadership strategies. Jeff encouraged a lot of discussion among the PR professionals in the room, which was also extremely helpful in gaining new ideas and realizing many of us had similar situations, but a variety of solutions. I only wish we had more time in the course!”

As a newly promoted manager of a growing communications team, I found the seminar to be very well-organized, interactive, and informative. In particular, I found the sections on motivation and team dynamics very useful. I have used his advice on choosing the right people and hiring with team chemistry in mind very effectively. The section on running meetings was also very helpful—I’ve adapted my approach considerably, whether I’m leading the meeting or participating. It was well worth carving out an afternoon from a very busy schedule to become more effective as a team leader.”
