PRSA-NCC Event Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation requests for all PRSA-NCC events must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event.  Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours prior to an event.

No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event.  However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no cost no later than 24 hours in advance.

Inclement weather
Full refunds will be issued if an event is cancelled due to inclement weather. 

If an event is postponed due to weather and rescheduled for a later date, refunds will be issued if we are notified at least 48 hours in advance that the registrant will be unable to attend on the new date.
