PRSA-NCC Event Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation requests for all PRSA-NCC events must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours prior to an event. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event.  However, you may transfer your registration to another person no later than 24 hours in advance.

Processing Fee
For any refunds or registration transfers a processing fee will be charged as follows:

  • For events with a registration fee of $100 or less the processing fee is $10.
  • For events with a registration fee greater than $100 the processing fee is $25.

PRSA-NCC reserves the right to alter event programs without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topics. 

Inclement weather
Full refunds will be issued if an event is cancelled due to inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather, all processing fees will be waived.

If an event is postponed due to weather and rescheduled for a later date, refunds will be issued if we are notified at least 48 hours in advance that the registrant will be unable to attend on the new date. All processing fees will be waived.
