Enter proposal coach, Richard Belle. As the president of Belle Communications, LLC, Richard provides proposal coaching, technical writing and editing, communications audits, and awards program development for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

Richard will share tips on how to differentiate your strengths from your competitors, how turn a good proposal into a great one, and how to transform your proposal into one that wins the business.

About Richard Belle

Before developing his consultancy, Richard held senior communication positions for three engineering associations: the Civil Engineering Research Foundation (CERF), the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).

He also worked for two research consulting firms, conducting proposals, surveys, and analyses for both private sector and government clients.

Richard earned an M.A. from the University of Wisconsin and completed advanced graduate work at Columbia University. He holds Institute for Organization Management (IOM) and Certified Association Executive (CAE) designations.
