What People Want from a Website and How to Give It to Them

presented by the PRSA-NCC Independent PR Alliance Committee
May 30, 2019 - 11:30am to 1:30pm

It can be hard to see your organization’s or client’s website as an outsider would. This presentation looks at websites from the visitor's point of view. What do they want from the site? Why are they there? What sends them away? We’ll discuss how guide them to do what you want. We will examine good sites and weak sites and see how to fix them. We will also provide tips on how to give a website a sharp-eyed review and identify key language and visual tweaks to make.
